Mouth Ulsor issue
I am having mouth ulsor problem from last 3days and doctor has suggested oraflora 100mg tablet but its not available in medical store. Can anyone suggest alternate medicine or cause of this issue.
Ulcers are usually a manifestation of vitamin deficiency or irregular bowel habits and poor nutrition. We usually prescribe multivitamins along with anesthetic gel like mucopain for relief. Try to improve on the cause for the ulcers as otherwise they will recur after the initial treatment

Apthous ulcers of mouth are usually is a self resolving condition and healing usually occurs within a week. Medications are not really required except for symptomatic treatment such as painkillers and local anesthetic gels such as dentogel.
