My son is having multiple and severe mouth ulcers in his left cheek and all over his throat.its very painful while speaking,eating. Please advice.
Take tab -a-z one in the morning after food . Take pan-d 40mg one in the morning and one in the night before food-3days. Take cipzen-d one in the morning and one in the night after food-3days. Give bland food like oats porridge, sooji porridge fruits and veggies
