My kid is 4 yrs, last Saturday her nose bled a little by Monday she got ulcers inside mouth and under tongue, yesterday ie Tuesday she was crying with ear pain. What to do?

Give paracetamol for ear pain,apply orasep lotion on oral ulcers just before meals,add syp vizylac 5 ml twice a day for 5 days. If earache persists,consult your paediatrician or ENT surgeon.
