Mouth ulcers and sores

So, the problem is that from last 1 year I have been suffering from mouth ulcers and mouth sores. I consulted many doctors but didn't get desired results and in the end I consulted Gastroenterologist and It relieved me to some instance for 2.5 -3.5 months but since the beginning of rainy season my condition has become worse than ever all I see in my mouth is mouth sores and white skin peeling out from everywhere. I can't even describe the pain that I am feeling due to these cuts in my mouth and throat I consulted with very famous homeopathic doctor of my city but isn't making any difference please help me I don't know what to do and whom to see now.

Mouth ulcers can happen because of reflux , infections and also because of nutritional deficiencies . Avoid tea coffee aerated drinks alcohol hot spicy food. Drink lot of water , take multivitamins and include everyday exercise in your routine. Avoid mucaine gel and kenocort on ulcers . If still not relieved please book an appointment

Can u show a picture of the ulcer sites, meanwhile apply zytee l gel three times a day, mouth wash with hydrogen peroxide mouth wash 1 tsf diluted in half glass of water three times a day, take cap lytom plus once a day for a month, tablet Rabeloc plus 1 half hour before breakfast for a month
