Dear Sir , I have a mouth ulcer for a few days back,pics attached. I have a history of chewing tobacco,now beetel only. I am scared to see the pics . Kindly review and comment exactly what it is Ulcer, Leukoplakia or canker sore or start of something more serious. I'm worried, Kindly give a detailed reply. With Sincere Regards

Since how many days this lesion had been there ? It doesn’t look like a an ulcer or a pre cancerous lesion . But need you to keep it on close watch. If any change in size or ulceration develop you need to review . Stop use of tobacco and related pan products . You can consult me if you wish to discuss regarding any other symptoms or difficulties you are having .
