My mother is suffering from mouth ulcer since last 6 months. Locally treatment taken but all in vain. Black spot on edge of tongue. There is also swelling on the mouth.

Ulcer for 6 months need a detailed investigation. ..nd with associated swelling..definitely necessitates. .,..do not neglect, get tested first before medicating further
