Mouth ulcer and black spots on tongue

Unable to eat any thing properly since few days. Having issues with my mouth ulcer. Tongue colour has been changed and black spots are spotted.

There can be many reasons...even some vitamin deficiencies can cause blackish discoloration of tongue..need more evaluation.
