In side my mouth all skin is rough and painful, this problem happens again and again. I can't eat normal spicy food.

These are features of stomatitis. Can be due to various causes like smoking , stress, nutritional deficiency , tea & coffee , drinking too hot liquids and eating spicy food . Seen in some skin diseases also
