Mouth infection

I have severe pain due to mouth infection near wisdom teeth. Have been taking pain relief medicine enzoflam and antibiotics indclav for 2 days but zero inprovement in condition. Pain goes away for 4-5 hours due to pain relief medicine.

U need to give time for medicines to act...If it doesn't work well I again need to follow up with the doctor and decide next course of treatment...
