Dear doctor, I was done physical relation with strange partner without protection while I was done some oral sex. After very next day i was sick with high grade fever in blood infection and thorat pain dr do blood and urine report where my cbc found 24000 after 03 days of admission in hospital I discharged dr give me medicine for the said illness. Also I consultant ENT surgon for throat pain where dr diagnosed me for accute tonsilitis. Given me some antibiotics and pain killer for the same. But now I m very afraid from this. Is it any serious illness. Is it caused from oral sex is it sign of HIV or any other serious disease. Please suggest
