Hello, My brother (30year,male) facing some allergy in his tongue and mouth since long(almost 2 years). But now a days he is facing more problem dur to cuts in his tongue. Please advice for better treatment

Test yourself with vit b12 fe and zinc.. it may be due to deficiencies.. If it is not than further actions should be taken.. For systematic manifestations..
