Mouth and throat pain

Please see the uploaded photo I'm getting pain not able to eat also. If I swallow also I'm getting pain. Please suggest the treatment. Day before yesterday they extracted my one teeth which is broken.

Oral ulcers are commonly seen on the cheeks and lips It can cause severe pain during swallowing and eating Maintain adequate oral hygiene and avoid spicy or hot foods Dissolve half a teaspoon of salt in a glassful of warm water. Use warm saline gargle thrice a day for removing the infection and heal faster. Antiseptic mouthwash is indicated in the case of secondary bacterial infection, Chlorhexidine mouth wash can be used .Apply local anesthetic gel ( anabel) Anabel gel – contains choline salicylate benzalkonium chloride and lignocaine Take Vitamin B complex capsule once daily for 15 days.

Hello sir, in the picture you Posted there appears to be ulcers on your cheek for which apply an ointment Tess/Dentogel 3-4 times a day till the ulcers heal. Since you have undergone extraction 2 days before you might feel some discomfort but if it persists for few more days I would advise you to visit your dentist and get it checked

Don’t worry the area is sore because of injections and the extraction procedure. It will heal within a few days. Have cool and soft diet for a few days
