Ulcer in both upper and lower lips, a bit of Swelling too . Have taken medicines Bcomplex and Gel Zytee. Pain is there and recovering very slowly.

If possible Doo, Share the photo of the ulcer Do you have smoking habit? Are you a vegetarian?
Next Steps
apply orofast gel for the pain relief two time a day. continue talking B complex mainly Vitamin B12 for 3 month.

Take tab. Rinifol once daily. Do lukewarm salt water mouth rinse thrice daily. Tab. Zerodol P two times daily after meals for 3 days, if not allergic to pain killer. Apply zytee gel three times daily.
