If the motions are limited to 3 to 4 times in a day without fever or blood in stool, I would not worry, continue with breast feeding, give fluids like coconut water, Kanji, ors if above 6if months, usually will resolve in day or two, if blood, uncontrollable diarrhea go to doctor
