My son is 2 years old, has been irritable for 2-3 days, body feels hot and there is no fever, 2 to 3 times a day motion is normal but it is white and pale in color and very dirty smell and sticky tell me what to do

Irritability can be a sign of abdominal colic, which can be due to gastritis or infection of stomach. Do visit pediatrician near by you for complete evaluation. Till than give ORS 1 sachet in 1 ltr water, ZINC 20mg per day, sachet lactobacillus twice a day. Home based food like khichdi, dalmiya, daal.
