Her stool color is green and she is stooling 6 7 days atleast in a day.. green color stool like water and she is not doing properly.

Kindly specify the age of child, if newborn child then green colour stools are normal. And she can pass even 8-10 times stools in a day after every feed which is absolutely normal for neonates
Next Steps
if she is lethargic or urine output is less contact a pediatrician immediately..
