I don't know what is the problem in motion it's cuming or not cuming I don't know it's my thinking problem motion is cuming but I give pressure then it's pain what is the problem no bleeding no stomach pain nothing else except motion problem m getting tensed Abt bowel cancer

Apply anovate ointment by index finger first on buthole than gently push inside anus rotate the finger to cover anal mucosa completely before n after defication . Tab zerodol sp three times a day after food for 3to5  so it will not hurt. Duphalac syr15 mlat night  till required

Nothing like that.you need to increase water intake.include more fiber in your diet.daily excercise is also helpful.if still constipation not going then try isabgol or stool softener.
