2 days onwards the bleeding is coming in motion....what can i do for this...is it serious problem ???....

If this painless bleeding then may be due to piles. It's better to get yourself evaluated physically ( short scopy) to rule out piles / Fissure. Increase fibre in your diet. Take salads in each diet. Take plenty of water. Get your self evaluated soon. Take care.
