Mother fell down- pain in left side

My mother aged 65yrs fell down in bathroom and have muscle sprain in left side. She couldnt get up but can able to sit without pain. Area which got hurt doesnt have swelling or hot. She had vomiting during the fall.  Can we have parcetmol ?

Painkiller can be given but since bone density s lower in old age chances of getting fracture is higher…kindly consult an orthopedician if she has any symptoms…
