Morning Dizziness problem (Sometimes)

2018-06-03 16:47:18
I am facing morning dizziness. Today morning after waking up from sleep I faced sudden dizziness and it continued whole day and also probably will stay next two days also as it is. The same kind of dizziness I faced 4 weeks back when I woke from sleep in the morning which stayed (dizziness)3 days continuously which I taught it is normal. But again it came back and haunts me. What it could be, dehydration or Bp (Same day I checked my BP which is 120)? what is the cure? Help me. Thanks.

It is likely that you have vertigo for which you will require medications such as beta histine, it occurs due to imbalance of the fluid in your ear. Avoid sudden motions such as getting up fast and turning to the sides, It is of utmost importance to not drive during this time. This exercise would be of help to you(Brandt-Daroff exercise): - Start in an upright, seated position. - Move into the lying position on one side with your nose pointed up at about a 45-degree angle. - Remain in this position for about 30 seconds (or until the vertigo subsides, whichever is longer). Then move back to the seated position. - Repeat on the other side. Do this exercise 5 times each twice a day. If the problem is persistent or worsens visit the ER.
