Braces are fixed by a dentist or an Orthodontist ? If Orthodontist has fixed it and because of your transfer to other place, you cannot visit him then you can get it adjusted by any Orthodontist across the country.  Only thing you need to do is inform your present Orthodontist, he will give you suitable reference.
