I am seeing double when there is contrast brtween object ans surrounding. The problem worsens when i open my eyes wide.Neurologist say i have basilar migraine but i see like this all time.Opthomologist say i have muscle weakness.

Yes you can have double vision also due to muscle weakness.. Neurological problem also  causes double vision.
