Hello Please specify how many months pregnancy? Depending on your weeks of gestation, placental position matters. Low lying placenta is a matter of concern after first trimester of pregnancy. If it's grade 0 maturity, u must be in early pregnancy..Please consult gynecologist

Low lying placenta in pregnancy may cause bleeding. It's not fearful condition. It may go up In next scans. But be careful and not lift any objects. Avoid travelling. Avoid pelvic jerks. Take proper rest.
