Different clinics will offer you different prices...it is like buying shoes in the market. You will find both cheap and expensive lasers in your city. However your result will depend on the quality of machine of the clinic you are visiting. Go for good machines rather than cheapest one. Cheap lasers offer less price per sitting but you will have to go for more sittings. Eventually you will spend the same amount. Plus you may get burns because of cheap unreliable lasers. My advice find a clinic with good machines. Dont look for pricing.
