My sister is 16 and she had a black MOLE on her left breast since her childhood but it has grown in size and is black with blur Borders and shape  now. She has only one such kind of a mole all the others are regular and normal. But that mole does not itch, pain or bleed. Is it normal?

Hi.. Having a mole is very normal...it will grow as the person grows in life. You should worry about it if it has shown rapid growth, is itchy, has changed colour or is bleeding. If these are not there then it is not changed into cancer. However, if you are affected by its appearance then safest bet is to get it removed by a dermatosurgeon. I have been trained in UK and USA in dermatosurgery and skin cancer.
