Hello Doctor, I am attaching the mole which is appearing in my husband armpit since very long time. Shape is same but I am bit worried. Do I need to remove it. Please guide us. Refer the picture for your reference.

It looks like a skin tag, which is an overgrowth of normal skin. The surface looks like it has been scratched and manipulated, that explains the spot of bleeding that can be seen. If is causing irritation , it can be removed with a simple procedure such as cautery, laser or excision.
