I have developed a big mole in the back of my lower left leg in the past 1.5 years. I have read in google that mole development after 30 years age is not good.. I have attached a pic please tell me if it is dangerous.. I m 2 months pregnant so I m very worried

The mole doesn't seem that big. Could be a benign one. Better get an excision biopsy for confirmation. Its a minor procedure and can be done under local anaesthesia.
