Molar Tooth Filling Fell

2021-07-09 16:27:51
Hello Doctors, Today I suddenly realised that the filling of one of my molar tooth is missing. Seems it came out. Now I am not in my home city where my usual dentist is there. So shall I go to any clinic in my current place and get the filling done or shall I wait for sometime until I return back to my hometown Additionally what precautions I should take care for now. Thanks in Advance !

Get it refilled asap, or the cavity may deepen and may cause infection followed by pain. Visit dentist nearby and get the necesary treatment done asap

Whenever the fillings on tooth dislodged it's important to get filling done as soon as possible. Because if it is left as such for longer time it could lead to food lodgement and may cause further problems to teeth. So go ahead for filling on that respective teeth as soon as possible.

Hi,    Get the filling done. If there is no pain in that tooth you can go for a filling without any worry. An xray of that tooth will make sure that the nerve inside is ok. Waiting to reach your hometown will take time. Your tooth may get further damaged in that time. Precautions: - Do not chew on that side. -  Make sure to take out any food stuck there with brush. Do not use tooth pick.

Greetings, this can happen with many persons. You should get that filling done again as soon as possible. But I strongly advice you to request your dentist to do an x-ray of the concerned tooth to know if there is any decay beneath, that could have caused all this.
Next Steps
visit a dentist > get an xray > filling
