Moderate PAH, tightness in the chest

Hi, I am having moderate PAH, tightness in the chest, left side numbness, since 6months. On medication with pah-20 since a month, and thyronorm-50mcg since 6months. Is there any cure for the issues I am facing. Kindly guide me on this. Thanks in advance!

Get your thyroid levels normalised with medicines. Continue PAH 20. Pain is very unlikely to be heart related.
