I am planning to gain some weight through heavy weight lifting exercise.
But my echo report is concerning me which was taken last october(routine checkup)
I am completly fit and fine
I daily do brisk walking 45 min with out any problem,
Is it just mitral valve prolapsed or mitral valve prolapse with regurgitation?
Plz advice how much weight i am advised to lift

Hi, its mitral valve prolapse with trivial mitral regurgitation. You can continue your walking and exercise as usual. Weight lifting can be decided upon your exercise capacity. If you have chest pain or palpitations then you have to avoid strenuous exercise. For detailed discussion consult with doctor.
