The tip seems burnt a bit. Have rinsed my mount a bunch of times. Putting ice will help? What can I do to make this better? There's burning sensation on the tip of my tongue. What ointment can I use. What to eat on such situation?

Just rinse your mouth more thoroughly. If burning sensation still continues topical aesthetic (like zytee l) can help. Otherwise nothing to worry.
