I am nt having periods for 2 months and my tests are also negative.. Please advise as I am.worried if it can cause problems for pregnancy

If pregnancy test is negative then if in doubt get a serum beta hcg to rule out pregnancy. If that is also negative then get your thyroidprolactin levels checked along with a scan to find if you've got a polycystic ovaries.
