Missing periods for 2 months

I am 18 yrs old and have missed my periods since the last 2 months. My weight is 80kg and height is 5'3". I have gotten an ultrasound and there was no cyst in the ovaries. Endometrium is thickened(17.8mm) and echogenic in echopattern. Left ovary is mildly enlarged in size and shows multiple small follicles. Left ovary volume is 9.2cc. There is mild free fluid in the cul-de-sac. What could it mean and is it serious?

If your pregnancy test is negative take a withdrawal bleeding. You may be suffering from PCOD. Maintain healthy lifestyle

If you are sexually active do a urine pregnancy test by kit at home to rule out pregnancy. This report shows hyperplasia which could be due to a lot of reasons . Consult directly for further management
