Missed Periods with spotting

My last period was on 23rd April and till now I haven't got my periods. I can see spotting and having lower back ache. I had hystroscopic myomectomy in November 2018 post which I was on contraceptive (Novolon) till last month. I took two home pregnancy test but they are both negative. Please advise am I pregnant or it's withdrawal symptoms of contraceptive Thanks in advance

Hello, to confirm pregnancy you have to do blood test bHCG. Accordingly you can go further. Consult your gyne.
