Missed Periods (Pregnancy Test Negative)

We are trying to conceive since maŕch 2020. I had last period between 22 apr to 25 apr. Normally my period lasts for 6 days. I did miss my period this month (date expected to be on 24th)of may and had body ache, vomiting sensation, etc during this period. I did pregnancy test today 01stJune morning and it was negative.Now, I am not sure what's wrong? Am I pregnant ?

Hi, wait for a week and repeat the time pregnancy test with morning specimen of urine. Get a Beta HCG test done. Then repeat urine pregnancy test after a week .Consult a Gynaec  for the same.
