Missed periods from last two months. Taken deviry medicine course for 5 days. It's been 5 days since the last dosage but still no sign of periods. How long will it take?

If no periods get ultrasound done for uterus tubes and ovaries and endometrial thickness and thyroid test done empty stomach tomorrow morning
