I have missed by period. Last cycle was on 14th October and the flow (not much bleeding) was for 22 days. This month I have not got my periods. I tested for pregnancy but shows negative. What could be the reason?

Please get a sonography of the lower abdomen done. Get your beta HCG level done and consult a Gynaecologist for further management.
