Hello dr. I have regular periods but facing infertility since 3 yrs after my first abortion...taking treatment to concieve... suddenly my periods missed ...6 days my periods missed ..tenderness in breast ...no any other symptoms ... I tested but shows negative ...when should I go for pregnancy kit test... what is the reason for missed periods then...I have very regular periods
