Hi just wanna ask. i didn't have my menstruation last july and i was expecting that im pregnant. but i got bloods today. i assume this is just spotting or is this really my period and im not pregnant? -Jessa

Get an ultrasound done to identify for the cause as to why the periods were delayed,and based on the findings we will able to advise you further on this,as it could be anything from a miscarriage to harmonal imbalance if you have been sexually active.for any further information or assistance you may get back to us.
