Can pregnancy test at home be done post missing period. As I think I am pregnant. Or firstly I should get the blood test done without visiting the doctor

If you hv already missed your periods you can do a urine pregnancy test by kit at he right away. Most kits are highly sensitive and reliable. There s no need of a beta hcg blood test also
