Missed period but test say's negative

Hello Dr I missed my period on 4th of this month. Twice I took test and the test shows negative. I have never missed my period other than the times I have conceived . I don't have symptoms though but my white discharge is kind of milky and light. I am really concerned. Please suggest me what should I do now
