Missed miscarriage for 2nd time

We had missed miscarriage last year and aborted on 12th September. We planned for pregnancy again this year and got pregnant with last LMP 20th may,2023. While we did TVS today we found out that it's 5w5days while actually pregnancy is 7w2days. Doc is telling us for another Tvs next week. Can you tell me why chromosome abnormalities is happening again with us? What is the remedy ? Can this happen again in our third pregnancy?

You need detailed investigation to understand that reason for repeated miscarriages remedy can be offered after that Yes in the absence of adequate treatment this can recur  subsequently as well
