Missed mensuration Cycle

Hello , My name is akanksha khare. My last period date was 1st dec 2021. Generally my cycle is of 36 to 37 days. But i didnt got my period till now. I have done pregnancy test twice but it showed negative. My weight is also increasing day by day, kindly suggest so that i can get my period.
