What are the differences symptoms between miscarriage bleeding or period bleeding?

Simple bleeding can't differentiate whether it's miscarriage or a period. Scan can correlate it. More over if urine pregnancy test done immediately during the episode of bleeding. Miscarriage shows positive. Periods shows negative

If u were pregnant and u have bleeding it cannot be periods ... it has to be either a miscarriage or threatened miscarriage... it means it’spregnancy bleeding and not period bleeding
