Hi. Please do a Hb , complete urine exam . And  pelvic scan to see uterus and adnexa .you can take tab meftal 250 mg twice daily  after food for back pain till that time .

Please repeat a ultrasound pelvis for retained products of conception If it's negative, then give a spasmodic tablet and antibiotics
