Go for a scan if no products left in uterus then no worries But menstural irregulafities will be there after miscarriage

Continue taking Tablet Livogen one tablet at bedtime daily for 6 weeks after abortion
Next Steps
Get ultrasound pelvis done for uterus tubes and ovaries and retained products of conception after 14 days of abortion to check if it is complete

Irregular periods are expected for about 3-6 months after abortion

Bleeding after one week of miscarriage is not normal. Did u undergo S&E after that. U need to undergo USG to rule out retained products of conception .
