Hi, I did not know until I had a miscarriage that i was pregnant. I passed two sac like tissues unbroken it was surely two different tissues, measuring 6 to 7cms each in length. Immediately after miscarriage my bhcg was checked and read 2009mIU/ml. I have consulted a gynaecologist and found very minimal remains in scan and taken medication. Please help me understand if the two tissues meant I was expecting twins ? I passed two tissues in the interval of 30 minutes. Please help understand if I was expecting twins. Thank you in advance
