Hello, i got mirena inserted two months back, there was only spotting when urinating since then but aftr three months suddenly there is stomach discomfort, slight abdomen pain leading to periods like before mirena. Is it normal to have periods in third month after mirena insertion?

Go for USG to check the position.. ..and mirena takes time to adjust....consult ur near gynecologist if u have much problem

Mirena can cause irregular bleeding for some time and also till 1yr of mirena insertion you can have  regular cycles .
