Advised to get anti rabies vaccination. Because it may transmit rabies.

Rabies virus is transmitted by saliva through bite or contact of cat saliva with your skin wound. Since cats lick their claws so often even claw scratches can transmit rabies.But if your cat resides completely indoor and no contact with outdoor dogs and cats no worry about vaccination. But cat scratches in humans may results in Cat Scratch fever. Do not allow cats to lick your wounds. Contact your doctor if you develop any symptoms of cat scratch disease or infection.

If the cat is completely indoor and the scratch is by nail, then vaccination is not a must, but if the scratch is by teeth, then get the vaccination.

If you're hurt by her teeth then please get vaccinated, if you're hurt with paws please clean the area with an antiseptic lotion, there is no need for vaccination
