Minimal wall thickening of gall bladder

I experience very rare gastric pains in epigastric region and pain shifts towards back sometimes. But pains are not frequent.Haven't had one since last two months. On general Consultation, I was suggested to do USG of abdomen and pelvis region. The report says minimal wall thickening of gall bladder (early signs of adenomyomatosis) . No gallbladder calculi observed. Sir, could you please let me know the risk factor for this ? Is it a common issue ? And can it be treated via medicines ?

First don’t worry as it’s not major concern . Mild gastritis can be managed with medications . Adenomyytosis of gallbladder ( early ) as it does not look confirmed you can do follow up ultrasound or MRCP after 8-10 weeks and if it’s confirmed PLAN TO undergo laparoscopic cholecystectomy if your surgeon advice to do so .As Long standing adenomytosis gallbladder is risk factor for cancer in long run ..
